Very cool looking guns, man. Only thing I have to say is the barrel should NOT be offset from the main weapon, you basically need it to be one continuous rail for the concept to work. Anyway, keep it up, GUNS GUNS GUNS

The barrel is with gun u see it? that short thing called "kinetic charge barrel" ?

the part of rifle that you mean is not barrel it is acceleration rail and it accelerate projectles throw out from kinetic charge barrel

reminds me of the 75mm Railgun from EVE ONline. Although... the powersupply, if there is one, would have to be VERY small and VERY powerful, and the ammo clip a bit small as well. Railguns shoot small physical projectiles, and are not laser weapons. A real Rail-Gun Sniper Rifle, would be immensely bigger, maybe 5 times as big as this, mostly due to barrel and power supply alone. Maybe have this as a Mag-Rifle, Magnetic-Rifle. Not as near as powerful as a Gauss Cannon or a real Sniper-variation Railgun, but still able to fire small munitions at high speeds, if only at medium ranges. Mag Rifles also have the infinite possibility of being infinitely quieter than Railguns or Laser Rifles. Like a bow versus a current rifle. The only detection of a mag rifle, would be a small humming only heard from around 10-20 feet away, and the small piece of metal launched from the mag-ramp, WELL after it has left the gun only, whereas you can automatically just follow the trail of the railgun's vaportrail and you find the sniper, if you aren't dead already... Railguns will also be able to shoot down space vessels, whereas a Mag Rifle will not be.
It's a good design, but i would only use it in stealth ops if i had to, and maybe see about changing the mag rifle's mag-lights to a grey/black so as to be less-noticed. It'd be good for taking down unarmed targets at-range without being detected until the body is found, or seen having his/her head blown clear-off.
Even in Dust514, a railgun-rifle is still pretty large, and requires a decent-sized supply pack, as well as ammo cartridges.
